Strength, Stretch and Relaxation!  This class is 45 minutes of upper and lower body strength, using weights and bands, abs, of course and a great stretch to move us into a relaxation and mindfulness that my husband, Vin brings us through to finish the night!  Come check it out!

Cardio and Strength!

Be ready to move to the beat of the music! We’ll work to address every muscle with intervals of cardio and abs, using weights and bands and targeting muscles we never knew we had. Let’s get our heart rates up, burn calories and have fun doing it together! Open to all levels.

9:30 am

Personal Training Group!

45 minutes to focus on strength! We’ll start by warming up together, then transition into functional and motivating upper and lower body exercises to keep us moving. Every week we’ll work on a different challenge as a group. All who choose to may remain unmuted, allowing us to share our experience and results with each other. It’s always FUN! Open to all levels.

Mixed Bag BODY BY BARI Workouts!

A surprise workout in a class that changes every week! One week it’s upper body, another lower body or cardio bursts, body weight, simply weights or just bands. Change it up with a safe workout each week! Check it out! You’ll have a great time with Bari and the class learning something new! Open to all levels.
